Outdoor Instructor Jobs
We’re particularly interested to hear from freelance Instructors with the following minimum qualifications:
- Paddlesports L2+ coach (inc White Water Leader, BCU L3, or BC L1 + 4 star)
- ML (S)
- RCI / SPA

First Aid Trainer jobs
We are able to offer freelance first aid training work to instructors who can provide (ie who can teach!):
- EFAaW (6hr)
- Outdoor First Aid (16hr)
We occasionally require other courses, but the two above make up the bulk of our work. We can provide kit and equipment if required, but for ease we prefer trainers to provide their own training kit. Where certification is required, we will accept any reputable awarding arrangement that meets our client’s needs.
